Our meals are based on healthy local produce and fresh seafood wherever possible (with a light smattering of extremely tasty irresistible desserts that may not be so healthy).
Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements upon final payment.
Your safety is our biggest responsibility. To ensure the only physical defect you take home is an uncontrollable grin your captain will provide a detailed briefing on arrival and set a few simple guidelines in place.
In the unlikely event of an accident or illness we have an emergency evacuation plan.
We have tender vessels available to serve our needs from fishing to exploring a hidden bay. On board our tender we have comfortable seating and plenty of water. Our expedition leader will always ensure you have a safe trip whilst giving you all an interesting and interpretive excursion in comfort. Ensure you have comfortable walking shoes together with wet reef shoes. A water bottle, hat and small day pack will make your excursions far more comfortable.
Comfortable, casual clothing such as shorts with cotton tops are the best for day time. Shirts with long sleeves will protect you from sunburn and light colours are cooler in the sun. Please bring sensible walking shoes that will survive being wet – joggers or walking boots are ideal for longer walks. Simple reef or wet suit shoes are also essential for shorter trips ashore.
